What a Waste

I sailed for 2 hours in 2016.  Literally took the boat out three times all summer long.  I motored mostly all three times in order to get to a live band or to go to a swimming hole.  Nobody was interested in sailing but me.

If I don't drastically improve my sailing time in 2017 I will sell the boat.

Ending 2015

I started a new job last September.  I got busy, hauled the boat out of the water in October, and forgot about the blog.

I had a huge list of things I wanted to do to the boat over the fall.  I didn't do any of them.

I'll return in 2016 for the sailing season.

Beach Day Week #2

Still no sailing.  Not my fault.  Sometimes all those pesky family obligations get in the way.  Like a 60th birthday party for an Aunt, then a sick wife the next day.

Wife works the next weekend so barring some kind of thunderstorm or illness or other unforeseen event, I plan on sailing Saturday.

Here's more beach pictures and a short video I took.  Same beach as last weekend.  Only this time we were there on a Sunday.  Busier than I expected.  I'll return to sailing stuff real soon.

Beach Day

I wanted to sail.  My extended family had other plans like going to the beach.  Still at/on/in the water so it wasn't a complete loss.  So enjoy some random photos from my day at the beach.
